1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Items must include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• Certain items, such as final sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards, are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us at annette@fromtheroot.net within 7 days of receiving your item.

 

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital products or downloads

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized or custom-made products

 

6. California Consumer Rights

As a California-based business, we comply with California consumer protection laws:

• Refund Policy Disclosure: If a refund policy is not posted, customers are entitled to a refund if they return the item within 7 days with proof of purchase.
